The most common reason is a block by the bank or the card company. This block may appear due to your card not being approved for online or international transactions or you may need to activate 3-D Secure (a second layer of security for online purchases, also called MasterCard SecureCode or Verified by Visa) to receive a code on your phone and authorize the transaction. Just contact your bank or credit card company and briefly explain you are trying to put a transaction through online and ask them to allow the payments.
If it's the first time using the card, we would like to recommend that you double-check that you are entering the correct card details:
If you're using an alternative payment method, please contact the provider directly to understand what the issue is.
- Enter the card number slowly and double-checking.
- Verify the expiration date.
- Introduce the correct CVV code of your card.
- Introduce the cardholder name as in your card.
That being said, you can contact the Customer Service team for assistance if you are still unable to purchase credits on our site by using the Let Us Know button or the toll-free number in the Help Center.
